Bee Pitron's manufacturing capabilities cover all pilot and serial (up to hundreds of units) production processes for making electrical and optical interconnections.
The 4,000 sq.m. facility includes
5 electrical assembly sections, an optical assembly section, a braiding workshop, and testing facilities
The manufacturing is certified as compliant to the IS 9001:2008, IS/TS 16949 quality management system, and to other Russian regulations. The environmental management system is IS 14007:2004 certified.
Bee Pitron is licensed to develop, manufacture, and maintain aircraft and spacecraft systems.
Interconnect Manufacturing
For over 20 years Bee Pitron has been working with components made by the world's leading suppliers. We use equipment and tools from IDEAL, DMC, Fujikura. The production facility employs over 200 electronic assemblers, manufacturing engineers, and quality assurance experts. Our materials and technologies offer:
- less weight and smaller interconnect dimensions
- more flexible cable assemblies with better structural integrity
- resistance to fire, high and low temperatures
- weather and aggressive environment resistance
- leak tightness under high pressure (over 5 atm.)
- resistance to radiation, low gassing in vacuum
- low toxic substance content in combustion gases (halogen-free)
- resistance to high intensity radiated frequencies (HIRF), excellent EMC
Electric Cable Assemblies and Data Transmission Lines Testing
- Testing the data transmission lines as per "eye diagram" and bit error value within a frequency range of up to 3 GHz
- Measurement of S-parameters of RF cable assemblies within a frequency range of up to 18 GHz
- Measurement of electrical and magnetic fields intensity within a frequency range of 5 Hz – 3 GHz
- Testing the cable systems for compliance with 6th category (TIA-568-B)
- Testing the data transmission lines for compliance with MIL-STD 1553
- Measurement of attenuation and making reflectograms of fiber-optic data lines
- Harness lightning protection monitoring
- Mechanical and shaker tests
Localization of Electric Components Manufacturing under the National Import Substitution Program
- Component compliance documentation development as required to use these in complex and mission critical products
- Components promotion at major national manufacturing projects
- Components serial production launch and certification
